Am so proud of myself…
FINALLY broke into the 130’s…
138.
And that’s on a PMS week (and we all know that means +2 lbs. At least.)
I’ve been off my game - last night instead of going to hot yoga I sat on my ass and went to dairy queen. Tonight I’m going to a restorative class and tomorrow AM i’m going to spinning.
But the thing that feels amazing about all this is that I’m getting into a routine. Which has been desperately needed since…ohhhhhh 2001 when I started putting on that extra 30 lbs. Jesus. THIRTY pounds?! Was it really that much? I forget how much I weighed when i graduated high school but I’m pretty sure it was less than 120. I broke the 120 mark in college and the 130 mark when i graduated and hit the 150 mark sometime this past winter which was when I got off my ass, got a job (a good one at that!) and got my act in gear.
150 is a LOT for a girl of barely 5’2”. Hell, 138 is still a lot for a girl of 5’2” - i still have 20 lbs to go but I’m getting there! Totally am getting there.
