When trainer is annoyed or pissed, will take it out on you.
Generally, we do 2 sets of circuit training workouts and a two sets of abs.
Today we did 3 sets -
pushups with 5lb row (3 sets of 12)
squat and press (5lbs) 3 sets of 15
skating squats 3 sets of 15
lunge & curls (5lbs) 3 sets of 15
knee lifts (2 sets of 10)
ab machine (1 set of 20)
high knees (3 sets @ 30 seconds)
jumping jacks w/medicine ball 3 sets of 20
Also, don’t go grocery shopping directly after going to the gym. Bad idea. At least I didn’t totally buy the entire store!
