Petite: Women’s Jersey Boyfriend Cardigans: Tees & Polos | Old Navy
The cardigan is from Old Navy. I got it awhile ago and they don’t seem to have that particular one online (but check the clearance section in the stores perhaps).
They do have a very similiar one without the pockets - I actually own it in black and I had ordered the coral one online recently - and quickly returned because it was far more neon than I thought!
