Week 7 weigh in: 142.6 Starting weight: 154 Total loss: - 11.4 Goal weight: 122 To go: 20.4 Things that have helped: not eating out. Smaller portions. Not really drinking anymore and working out ~3-5 days per week (most weeks) Being at 135 by dec 14 might be a realistic goal after all!!!
